Raina Kim
Raina began her legal career at Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP in the Business Solutions and Restructuring group. Raina has also worked in areas of insurance defense, litigation matters around mortgage-backed securities, and antitrust prosecution.

Raina earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College, graduating cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. During law school, Raina served as a research assistant for the Honorable Richard Posner of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to her legal education and professional background, Raina has a Master’s in Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). She worked for two years in the Corporate, Foundation and Government Giving department of the Office of Advancement at CalArts, where she was responsible for researching, grant-writing and managing the funding cycle.
